took my car in because i had a bad wheel bearing, and while there they did an inspection which found an oil leak which i knew about but they stated that my car had no oil in it and that there was a large puddle under it. Of course i was concerned that my oil leak has severely worsened but I figured I could fix that on my own so I refused the repair. When I went to pick up my car the next day the first thing I did was check the oil and bam, there was oil right where it should be on the stick, I figured hey maybe they were nice and topped it off for me so I went inside and asked, the guy left asked the tech that worked on my car and said that no he didn't fill it, so either the tech is blind enough to not see oil on a dip stick or he was trying to up sell me majorly. Update: Looks like Bridgestone does not have such policy of using same week manufactured tire in here which is not case in Asia where Bridgestone was born. Justin is only one who cares for customer no matter the customer gives business or not. From my visits people are fair and honest here but not sure what’s standard of their business. Watch out for manufacturing week!! Things were up and down sometimes and I do have lifetime wheel alignment here and at this point I am totally pissed off honestly, I paid close 1200$ for this visit and other than the guy quoted it every else was selling as if they were showing me courtesy. Invoice # 241498 Store number 018422 Elida Ohio location. Absolutely horrible service on Sunday afternoon. I had an appointment at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time for a tire repair. I had picked up a screw in the tire tread. I called Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m prior to the appointment, to insure if I brought the vehicle in I would get prompt service. I was assured by the Female that answered the phone that I would. Im assuming her name was Alanah. I arrived at the appointment 10 minutes early. And waited. I was in a bit of a fix. I was traveling and 75 miles from home. My low tire pressure light came on. I called AAA, but, as usual, I got tired of waiting. I googled tire repair near me. Firestone Complete Auto Care was one of the results. I called & was told to come to their location and they would check my tires without needing an appointment. It was during lunchtime, but one tech interrupted his lunch and checked and filled my tires - no charge. I thanked him and tipped him. He seemed genuinely appreciative. I was very appreciative of quick, hassle free service.

Came in for low tire pressure and discovered I had picked up a nail. Garrin, the tech who was there at the time, patched me up lickity-split. He was also able to throw on a pair of new front tires (my old ones were nearly bald). This was all just before closing time, and all for a perfectly painless price. So glad I came here, they saved my evening!!!
