I had a great experience with the staff at Firestone. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. They were honest, efficient, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The team worked quickly while still providing quality service, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend this Firestone location!

Firestone in Lorain on Leavitt rd. 10/10 recommended. Been using them for roughly 4 years and no issues. They always go above and beyond. Each gentleman at this specific location greet you with happiness, care and compassion. If they can't ever do something, they point you in the right direction to who can.

Be careful not to pay for services you didn’t approve. I offered to pay for tires to be installed on a family member’s car, and the experience was disappointing. A man named Chris (who refused to provide his last name or the name of his manager, saying it was “against policy”) quoted me one price, then changed it—adding a $21 charge for a tire rotation. When I asked why he hadn’t mentioned this when giving the quote, he wouldn’t answer. Instead, he said, “That’s fine, we’ll just rotate the tires back to where they were.” What kind of operation is this? The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not surprise charges and evasive answers. Business should be about trust and relationship, not hit and run tactics. Update: Service manager
