Brice has always been amazing. To hear him say good morning to every person that walks through the door seems effortless. He doesn't rush you and makes you feel like he is happy to assist and help as though you are the only one in the office. I've been bringing our cars here for many years and when im in line I hope to get him! He definitely makes you understand what is happening to the car.. I hope everyone has a chance to have him as your technician! He even threw in something as he knew i would be coming back for the work. Thank you Brice and TEAM at this location.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’m amazed that the Manhattan Beach location is not busier than it is, because they are so amazing and professional! Bryce and Alan and Henry got the job done and, as always, at a fair price (far more reasonable than any other place I’ve seen, and I am, admittedly, a bit of a car girl). I had a flat tire on my way to LAX and stopped at Firestone for help. The team acted quickly and professionally. They fixed the tire fast and had me back on the road with no delay. Excellent customer service, very efficient, and they understood the urgency since I was heading to the airport. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the quick turnaround.

This is absolutely one of the best firestone. Bryce has a lot of good energy and friendly. He was polite, he was urgent, and expertly helpful.
