Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Miguel, Gerardo, Hector and Ian they were Great! They did such an amazing job. We got an oil change, cabin filter change, radiator change, and tire rotation! All this in like 30 min or so. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and for all the service! You all were just straight forward and nice! Valvoline is lucky to have such an amazing workers!!! Thank you again!!!

If I could give zero stars right now, I would. Went in for an oil change, got that service done and the coolant to my vehicle refilled as well. 3 days later, my car was overheating. Upon opening the hood, noticed the radiator hose disconnected and coolant fluid all over my engine. Got in touch with the business who sent someone out to check my car, was told there must have been air left over in the hose when they refilled the coolant fluid and they would have to replace my radiator hose. They said sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get it taken care of only for them to call me back and say that my hose was corroded, their employees did everything right and it was not their fault. I've got photos and names. Never coming back to this place ever again. You have lost my business. Anyone intere

Thank you for the great service. Staff was extremely fast and knowledgeable. They checked everything on my car from blinkers to wipers. I was in n out in about 20 minutes which is close to what they say how long the oil change will take. I even got a tire rotation with them and that was done just as quick also. All in all my visit was about 30 minutes which is perfect and what I expected. Will definitely come back here for my next oil change.

Simply put these guys there are awesome. I had previously gotten an oil change at the Toyota dealership across from it and they had over tightened the oil filter housing. When the valvoline technician tried to take it off, since it was overtightened it had warped and broke off. These guys went above and beyond to remediate the situation. They kept apologizing and keeping me updated with what they were doing and offered my kids coloring books to keep them busy due to the extended time needed to replace the filter housing. Definitely recommend this location.
