I had an outstanding experience at Firestone thanks to Sheldon, the store manager. He is hands down the best mechanic in town. From the moment I walked in, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism, honesty, and care. Sheldon took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, laid out my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with genuine integrity and customer service the way Sheldon does. If you want your vehicle handled by someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional, ask for Sheldon. Firestone is lucky to have him leading that shop.

Jesse and Sheldon behind the counters were helpful and considerate. Tomas (I think that's his name, I only caught a glimpse of him) worked on my vehicle and had me in and out in a timely fashion. Wonderful attitudes and very patient with customers.

Got a set of 4 tires the technician who took care of my vehicle was Carson he did a fantastic job! Sheldon the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful!

The service I receive by both the customer service desk and technicians at this store is bar none. I’ve been in twice in the last two weeks for two different tire issues. In both cases, I had wonderful communication from Jese. The calls were timely with updates and even in stressful situations he is calm and friendly. Last night the technician, Steven, stayed late to finish up my tire. I snuck around the corner to tell him thanks and he said, “You’re Welcome” and reminded me that after I start the van to give it a minute for the tire pressure sensor to catch up with the new tire being attached and to not worry if the light was still on for a minute. This Firestone sticks out from the other service providers in town. Tell them thanks again!
