Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been going to Firestone Maple Grove for about five years now, old staff and new staff have been great.I Want to give a big thank you to (Damon ) for giving me a great experience. I know he was super busy, but he focused on the customers made sure the information was right and everyone left happy. Thank you Firestone Maple Grove ,Damon and staff for making this a great trustworthy auto shop.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone Auto Care in Maple Grove thanks to the new manager, Damon. He is intelligent, honest, and truly puts the customer first. Back in October, I had a total care inspection and was told my back brakes would need to be replaced soon. With winter approaching, I called to ask about dropping off my car and picking it up the next day. Damon went above and beyond—he offered to get me in and out before work so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. After reevaluating my brakes, Damon let me know they were still in good condition and didn’t need to be changed yet. He could have gone ahead with the replacement and made money, but instead he showed integrity and earned my trust. Wow, just, wow. I came in for a new battery, while I completely forgot to get the guy who helped me get checked in name, he provided me with some great information regarding different aspects of the small stuff I needed done. After getting the car in, I worked with Bri who was absolutely amazing. Got me in and out fairly quickly, and helped me check out. What I hadnt been expecting was them setting my heating to a wonderful 72 (the dials are broken and we havent been able to get proper heating all winter) I damn near cried. It felt so toasty driving home. My tire light was off which surprised me, I had mentioned these little details but didnt expect them to be resolved since I was only aiming for my battery to be changed. Jeremy is the manager of this Firestone dealership. He provided us with great service today, as he does at almost all dealerships... excellent work, very professional, and with top-quality service. I highly recommend this place.

Really like this store! The employees are kind and helpful. I get my oil changes here and they are quick and tell me the total cost beforehand! They also don’t try to upsell me which I appreciate!
