I had an outstanding experience at Firestone Auto Care! The entire team went above and beyond with their customer service. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the work being done It’s rare to find this level of honesty, respect, and quality nowadays. I highly recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning

I had a very unfortunate experience with my car being serviced by someone else. Thankfully I was able to go to the Firestone Complete Auto Care Shop (4801 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La 70072). I explained to them what happened to my car, Both the manager Mr.Desheon & his technician, Mr. Gerard showed compassion towards me & my horrible experience. I was deeply devastated, heartbroken and upset for being out money for services that weren’t rendered to me!!!!! The manager, Mr. Desheon & his technician, Mr. Gerard both reassured me that they will do their due diligence to completely check/ examine my car and find a resolution to my problems & Honestly I thought I was at a lost cost at not being able to drive my car ever again and having another setback on financially not being able to pur

Jonathan was able to get my husband Anthony in before closing. My husband had a screw in our tire and the tire was going flat. We actually had a busy weekend as our oldest son had a medical emergency... I called and Jonathan said to bring our car. My husband got there in 10 minutes. Unfortunately he had 4 nails and we needed a new tire. We got a great price and everyone was kind and very helpful. We normally don't go anywhere close to closing but appreciate Jonathan without knowing our situation tell us to come... we will definitely be back and tell others to go to this location! The team at Firestone on Westbank Hwy were awesome! I got 4 new tires and great service! A few weeks later I was having an issue, 2 nails in my new tire! Firestone team were awesome once again! They replaced my tire with brand new one! Thanks to the man who offered roadside assistance when I got the tires! Great customer service and support! Highly recommended Firestone on Westbank Hwy!

Definitely recommend this shop! You know how hard it is to find a place that can be trusted and actually does great work with integrity. One in a million! The manager Denick was so kind, informative, and reassuring about services we were receiving. I didn't feel pressured to buy something that wasn't needed. Whether big or small repairs I don't see myself going anywhere else
