Firestone Complete Auto Care

I enjoy going to Firestone for my auto needs. I've never had any trouble with the tires I have purchased. I like having the road hazard in case something does happen. My wife and I can take our vehicles in for tire rotation or problems if they happen. They will rotate, or fix the tires for no charge. I recently got my oil changed here, and no problems. Everything is running, and driving great. I like the app that keeps up with your services you've done on your vehicles. The staff seems friendly and helpful. They always tell you if something needs attention and ask before they fix the problems. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I get from Firestone.

Id say they did a great job with the A/C on my older truck. It was working, but barely, & making a noise. They diagnosed it & determined Bad Compressor! The staff is nice & didn't talk to me like I was stupid. They ordered the parts & promptly fixed it the next day👌now it blows as cold as my new truck.

The worst customer service ever. My car was never serviced and I was given an attitude and the run around. My car was there for 2days. I called several times for information on my vehicle and was told something different everytime. It was never serviced. A simple yes or no as to whether they could get to my vehicle would have been wonderful. No, I was met with an attitude and was told I was throwing people under the bus. Which I was only telling them what I was told over the phone. I guess in retaliation my car kept being pushed back. In disappointment I went and picked my car up with no explanation and no apology.

These guys are the best and were an absolute blessing to me! So recently on Memorial Day I'm heading back to GA from TX on I-20 pulling a trailer in the rain when one of my front hub bearings started to go out on me (Ram 2500 4x4). I limp to the Marshall exit, drop my trailer, and tiptoe into town in my truck. Given the holiday, most folks were closed. Thankfully, Charles and his mechanic were still there and were not backlogged. They quickly put my truck on the lift, diagnosed the problem, snagged a bearing from a local parts house, and had me going from start to finish in about an hour or so. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and competence and a great attitude. 99% of the time, I do my own maintenance on my truck so it's not natural to watch someone else work on it! These guys were cap

Impressive customer service from Terrance at this location. My son's car broke down Fri night when we came to visit him at college. We took his car in on Saturday (place is open 7 days a week which is a plus for my family whose car issues tend to happen on the weekend). After diagnosing the real issue (A/C compressor locked up and broke the serpentine belt), Terrance worked with me on a solution that was best for me and not necessarily Firestone in the short term (they just get a diagnostic fee out of it) though long term, they have a customer for life for any Marshall repairs. Terrance was straightforward, transparent and very timely on his communication. I would absolutely trust my vehicle with Terrance in the future!
