Just came in for a tire rotation and alignment , as I was waiting I felt compelled to provide this review. From the moment I called to make this appointment to the final return of my vehicle I was attended by a gentleman named Michael. This gentleman is really top notch with his customer service skills. He is efficient and very knowledgeable and all the while maintains a professional relationship with every phone call and every personal contact he makes with his customers. He appeared to go the extra mile for each person he spoke with. I definitely give him a top notch rating for making my visit easy effective, and efficient. I feel like I was really taken care of. I've been a Firestone customer for years and I've always been pleased with their service. I took my car in for a repair on one of my tires. Rick was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. I understood my options and appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions. Manuel did a great job fixing the tire and I was on my way within an hour. I highly recommend them!

This place is a complete scam. My girlfriend couldn’t wait for me to change the oil on her vehicle so she took her car in for an oil change at this location, the service was quick about an hour but they totally took advantage of her when it came time to pay. $93.00 for 5 quarts of oil!!!! They told her it’s because it was fully Synthetic. The same Pennzoil platinum full synthetic 5w-30 is less than $30 at wal-wart. $100 for a simple oil change is crazy. Well, lesson learned next time she should be more patient and let me change it.
