Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service was top notch at this location! I felt like a priority in a calming atmosphere. Previously, the only experience I had was in a busy Austin area where I felt like it was necessary for me to be able to get in a line of customers, phone calls on hold and other people walking in for pick up of their vehicles. The Firestone here at El dorado in McKinney was busy, however, it wasn’t chaotic or challenging to get the information in order to decide on service or not. The customer service from Matt, Jason and Will should be noted as excellent! They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I made the appointment Sunday morning for that Sunday at noon,March 1st. I got there early, they got me up on the lift right on time at 12. The gentle behind the counter was friendly and very transparent about all the specials and promotions. The manager happen to be there on a Sunday. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. This was a very pleasant experience. I've lived in the neighborhood 25 years and will continue to trust this Firestone. Nick

Absolutely horrible experience. This place is a complete joke. A bunch of liars clearly just trying to squeeze money out of customers with scare tactics. I just had brake work done at the dealership and came in ONLY for a simple brake inspection, and somehow I was told I need all four new brakes? Yeah, right. They did an inspection on my car and didn’t even close the engine air filter box properly! On top of that, there is zero teamwork here. The two employees at the front were literally arguing and fighting with each other in front of customers. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. If they can’t even communicate with each other, how am I supposed to trust them with my car? Customer service was terrible, attitudes were bad, and honesty is clearly not a priority. Jason, the manager and the staff are top notch! I brought 4runner in for a set of new tires. I explained my driving habits and they were able to recommend a very affordable but high-end set of tires. From the moment I drove my car I could completely tell the difference. They are my go to place for tires now!

Firestone has great deals on tires and maintenance. I would also recommend oil changes since they have a deal on that and they pair well with tire maintenance services, which also have deals. Labor charge is really cheap too. The guys that work here make me feel confident in bringing my car here.
