I had a great experience at Firestone. The team was helpful, quick, and very honest about what my car actually needed. They explained things clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was done faster than expected, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. If you're looking for a place that’s straightforward, efficient, and trustworthy, I’d definitely recommend Firestone.

I work on the other side of the Pike. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find, but Jared has twice now made the commute worth it. The service was quick and not stressful at all. Peaceful waiting area in comparison to any of the other places I’ve had service at on the Pike. Jared also earned my business for my state inspection this month. This is definitely where I will go from now on. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Brian and the crew are top notch! I was stranded out of town on a weekend with a bad catalytic converter that kept my car from running. Brian was able to get all the parts and get me back on the road in three days. My car limped into Firestone Saturday afternoon & I was headed home Tuesday afternoon. I spent several hours on two different days in the waiting room and I witnessed the best customer service I have ever seen. The place was very busy and Brian handled every customer, in-person and on the phone, with care, calmness, and honesty. There are always upset customers when they hear a high repair bill, but Brian handled all of them perfectly and never let upset customers rattle him. He maintained professionalism the entire time. While short staffed, BrianK was a wizard! He was taking care of the phone, customers like me with appointments, customers who forgot inspection documentation, AND walk-ins. Brian was informative, treated everyone w respect and courtesy as well as communicated what he was doing and estimated wait times (And no, he didn’t tell me to write that). I’m 50, own a small service business for 26 years, and been wrenching since I could walk. Brian is the kind of employee you don’t want to lose!

I am an Uber driver and I am temporarily in a rental from Hertz under the program they have with Uber. I damaged a tire this morning. Hertz advised me that I need to go to a Firestone Tire Store. There has been poor communication with the Hertz store. The people at Firestone have gone over and above to try and get the necessary voucher from Hertz. I am working with Jared Lanteigne at the Firestone Tire Store. He has made numerous phone calls, tried to call Hertz and much more to get the voucher so I can get the replacement tire and get back to work. He is a credit to Firestone. He has exceeded expectations. With his help I got what I needed and am back on the road.
