First off, I arrived at the shop, each salesperson was truly kind, professional, helpful, and warm. I happened to notice that one of them was leaving for the day, but before leaving, he did fist bumps with his coworkers, told each of them to have a good night and he hoped to see them tomorrow. You do not always see or feel that type of co-worker comradery among employees. That was heartwarming and nice to see/hear. Then to top things off, the sales agent Juan explained everything to me about what they could do, what they could not do and why, and what they were able to do and complete. Our situation involved warranty coordination, multiple outside parties, and delays that were outside the shop’s direct control. From the start, Brandon stayed organized, communicated clearly, and kept everything moving forward without us ever needing to chase updates. Firestone delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. They handled a list of things needed for my vehicle to include an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. The staff was extremely professional, and the quality of their work was clear. Pricing was also fair and straightforward, which I appreciated unlike other places I've been to in the past. Overall, a great experience at this shop. I’ll definitely return for future service.

I went to Firestone for an emergency tire replacement before a long day of travel. They kindly prioritized our car so that we could get on the road as quickly as possible. Xavier and his team were fantastic - they asked the right questions to make sure we bought what we needed and didn't buy anything we didn't need. They were so friendly with customers and with each other, which was great to see. We waited on site for a while and the lounge area and restrooms were all neat and clean. The price for 4 new tires, installation and rotation was completely reasonable and great compared to what I paid several months ago for tires on my other car. I don't live locally, but if I did I would head back to this Firestone for service anytime!
