Firestone Complete Auto Care

Well, as usual, I put off getting my snow tires on before the first 'big' snow of the season and after calling several stores, I called the Medina store and spoke with Angelina. She was very kind and after hearing my predicament said 'We'll fit you in somehow- how soon can you get here?'. I was in, out and on my way with snow tires on in less than an hour!! I would highly recommend this Firestone Store and ask for Angelina! Blizzaks are amazing in the snow!

Kevin was very helpful and my overall experience was a good one. Nathan did great work on my car. Helpful and friendly staff. Prompt work and service. They even contacted me at the end of the day Sunday to let me know it was ready to go a day early. I will definitely be coming back.

Came in to get my license plate light replaced. Angelina was very professional and respectful and helpful. I had to take a lunch break in order to do it (I drive for a living, so I can’t have burnt lights) their techs respected that and made really good time I even had time to get an oil change even though I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. I’ve grown tired of going to the Toyota dealer to spend a lot of money so Medicare at best service, I will definitely be giving Firestone auto a chance.

I am so thankful for Firestone Medina! Alvin and the entire team were so kind and gracious to install 4 new tires on my mini van. My tires were very bald prior to coming in. I was searching for the most reasonably price tire shop and I prayed and gave this matter to God and no sooner than I did, Alvin called me and told me I was contest winner to receive 4 new tires. I could not believe it, it was an answered prayer!!!!. I kept asking if it was legit and if there was a gimmick for an out of pocket cost or need to apply for credit.
