Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had my boyfriend and our mechanic friend bring my F250 for an alignment. They were told by the mechanic that the gearbox was just loose. The service writer said it needed replaced. They also said the tie rod ends were shot. Brought the truck to a different mechanic shop and everything is completely fine except a bearing and the tires. I wonder how it would have went if I would have went over there as a woman. I doubt it would have ended well. The first mistake is having two people say two different things. Get on the same page if you're going to try to screw someone. You would not have gotten over on me either because that is MY truck and I drive semis. I'm no fool. Do better! Firestone as a whole will never get my business.

I made my appointment online. I called bc I never got a response. Micheal was so nice and explained i did have an appointment. Their system had been having issues. I got there and he was just as nice in person. They do a thorough inspection. The mechanic did a great job on my brakes.

My experience at the Meridian Ms Store was the worst I have ever had in my years of doing business there. An appointment was made for a tire rotation, alignment check, and low tire repair at 9am this past Monday. As I have to every time, the employee taking the appointment and the service writer at the desk were both informed that, once the tires were rotated, the pressure had to be readjusted to keep the TPMS warning from coming on. Here's what happened: 1) Even after making an appointment, my truck was in the shop 5 1/2 hours for these simple procedures (Absolutely unacceptable with an appointment t) 2) I paid for the "tire repair" and left (the rotation was free on my Firestone tires and the alignment was under a lifetime contract). 3) on the trip home, it became evident they did not ad
