Absolutely amazing! They were able to provide me with same day service! Had all tires replaced and a front end alignment. Joseph saved me money by advising me that if I applied for a credit card in store versus online, that I would save even more money! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I ended up at this location in Metairie after being turned down for a tire repair at a mom and pop auto center. I was greeted quickly and my car was taken in for the tire repair. I also changed my order to 2 tire installations. While waiting I noticed all team members working well together. I noticed every customer arriving received assistance! There was no lack of willingness to help. In about an hour I had 3 new tires. I left as a very happy customer and will definitively return for future visits!!!

Honestly one of the best places I go every time when I have a flat. They always help me, great customer service and kind people. Very understanding and they explain everything that they will be doing to the car! Will always come back!

Fetty was such a big help! He took the time to put air in my tires and re-assess all of them to make sure everything was safe and correct. He was patient, professional, and really made me feel taken care of. I appreciate the extra effort and kindness definitely someone you can rely on!

I’m very pleased with my experience here at Firestone. I first stopped at another National chain, but wasn’t impressed. I stood in the lobby waiting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once I was waited on the tire quote was high. I didn’t have a good feeling there. I drove further down to Firestone. I was immediately greeted by Allen in a clean lobby with nice waiting area. The quote given was less than first place and promised to be there in 2 days. I received a call from Joe S next day that the tires were already in. I was pleasantly surprised with the thought and care of this Firestone location. Don’t bother going anywhere else for tires!
