I came in today to have my brakes and rotors replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The customer service was excellent, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Kevin and his manager took great care of me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

I've been using firestone for over 30 years: Their stores' national presence means no matter where in the U. S. you go, Firestone service is generally available to honor its product warranties. They go beyond others in service, and their warranties are honored. Their prices are on par and, generally, better than competitors.Their management and service personnel are helpful, informed, and proactive, advising of potential future service needed before extensive damage results. In short, it is a "excellent" , one-stop, shopping center covering almost all car services. I hope they can continue such service in the future.

I came in to get an oil change and requested a vehicle inspection as well. A few weeks later, my car battery died while I was driving. I called them to see what exactly had been checked during the recent inspection and they were not even able to tell me what had been done…if the battery had been tested at all. Is that not a standard part of an inspection? I also found the coolant was totally empty and other fluid levels were low and clearly had not been checked. This was disappointing and ended up costing me breaking down on the road, which is dangerous and totally preventable, a weak battery should have been identified/flagged earlier on so I could have prevented the car dying. Will not be returning for their services unfortunately and I would advise to use with caution.

My experience was great, I dropped off my car as a walk in for an oil change. I was told it was going to take a few hours which I was fine with because I did not have an appointment. My car ended up being finished 2 hours under the time I was originally told on a snowy day to add. I would highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fast service. I was surprised at how quickly they had my vehicle done and I spent 15 years "in the business"! I'll be back and I will also recommend them.
