DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE I took my vehicle to Firestone hoping for a simple tire mounting and alignment, and I regret it completely. Here’s why: I called on a Sunday morning to schedule an appointment, and they told me to just drop my car off. They assured me it would be ready by the next morning, which was already cutting it close, but I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to pickup time: my car was a few hours late, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it was the least of my problems. When I went to collect my vehicle, I noticed immediately that the driver’s side door was pressing up against the fender, making it nearly impossible to open properly. This is our go-to for everything unexpected. This time it was a bit of an emergency as the skid plate on our Ford Escape came loose on Bothell-Everett Highway and we needed it re-attached. Preston, Jack and Scott are always great to work with and today was no exception. We really appreciate their customer service, repair service and flexibility to fit us in without an appt. Thank you Firestone and people, it's nice to have complete auto care experts close!

I’ve had my car serviced at this location a couple times now. Each time staff were honest, helpful and informative. They’ve exceeded my expectations and truly appreciate their service. I usually make my appointments ahead of time. During the appointments if something needs to be changed/updated or if it’s not working they notify me immediately before proceeding with next steps. I would highly recommend this location!

Firestone did great work on my car! I went to lunch one afternoon to find my TPMS light on with one of my tires only at 15psi. Thankfully this location is just down the road from my work, so I stopped by really quick for them to air up my tire hoping it was just a fluke. Well unfortunately by the time my work day was over, my tire was deflating again. I was able to stop by before they closed and got an appointment for the next day. I was nervous I’d have to buy a new set of tires, but they miraculously patched my tire. Shout out to the advisor Raine for getting me in so quickly, and to the tech Jose! He’s very sweet and did great work on my car. Great location, great hours, great staff. 5 stars all around!

About a month ago, I ran into a road divider and got a bump on the side of a front left tire, was about to pick up my wife who is being discharged from the hospital the next day. This store is the only one available during Sunday, and I couldn’t try my luck driving to Walmart Marysville. They were very kind and generously understood my urgency, finished replacing new set of tires in the morning and I was able to get my wife before noon, that was a heroic action as I can’t imagine what else I could do.
