O'Reilly Auto Parts

My car, a 2000 Honda Accord SE, died today, so I called AAA, and they came out to test it, and said it was the battery. They suggested I take to an O'Reilly auto parts for a new battery, so we did. And we are very glad we did. The nice gentleman who helped us, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, helped us get a new battery, and some new wiper blades. He then proceeded to install the new battery and even the new wiper blades for us. And we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great service. Will definitely go here again when I need car parts.

I always get immediate and attentive service at O’Reillys! They really go above and beyond to help solve your automotive problems. They will help install a lightbulb that’s hard to reach or windshield wipers or just come out and look at your battery terminals or whatever - they don’t just stand behind the counter, but really strive to make sure that you are well taken care of. Customer service is top-notch! They always seem to have the part that I need so I count on them a lot.

Every time I go there, they always help me find items that I look for easily and fast. I appreciate their service. A great store for auto parts. 11-26-22 Today I went there to get a few items and wanted to ask them to check the condition of my alternator. Andrew was helping me, and not only checked the condition of the alternator, but helped me fix the battery terminal and saved me some money. Another employee also helped me with replacing the running light. I was extremely impressed with the service.

I needed to replace a brake light and found it at your store. Your associate, Emad installed it for me since I could not. He was great!! Emad, your customer service is excellent!!

Brought my fiancé’s car in for a battery. Andre was on it! Found the brake light to be out too, swapped that and got it replaced under warranty because the bulb was replaced less than a year ago.
