Firestone Complete Auto Care

They turned on my check engine light. Went in for an alignment. Get into my truck and see check engine light on. It wasn't on when I got there and parked. I would of had it serviced if it was on in the first place. Checked the code with my scanner it was an engine code P0022. Went back inside and front service said they didn't open my hood, they just did suspension work, and that the technician said the check engine light was already "on". Would I have not gotten it serviced if it was on? 3 min later after leaving Firestone I get a notification that my hood is open even though they said they didn't open the hood of my truck. Thanks for causing problems the first day with my truck. Will be calling Firestone Corporate and asking for camera footage at this location if available. Lying stra

Jaime and staff were super friendly and know how woken are often taken advantage of. I had taken my vehicle to the Hyundai dealership for maintenance and to replace some hoses, they wanted to charge more than $500. Firestone charged $75!!!!!! We have always bought tires from Firestone, but now, I will go there first! Thank you Jaime for the extra care you showed!

I really enjoy the friendly service here and the knowledgeable staff. Even though I couldn't do my car service with you this time due to my budget, I have done business with you in the past and was extremely satisfied and I'm sure I would have been this time as well. I will continue to look for you in the future should I need any other work done on any of my vehicles.

He was able to pull up our information on the computer from a previous visit, which made everything much easier. Our car is now in perfect condition!
