I wanted to share my deep gratitude for the incredible help I received from Brandon. I was stuck with a broken transmission late at night and felt completely stranded. Brandon didn't just help me diagnose the error codes; he showed true empathy by letting me park my car safely at the shop when I had no other options. Firestone in Moore is great! The employees there are nice and professional which means alot. I had a screw in my Tire and they changed it out with my spare free of charge. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from them.

I am writing this review to commend Logan at Firestone for his outstanding assistance on Saturday, November 22. We were driving in from out of town when our vehicle suddenly started acting up, causing quite a bit of stress. Logan immediately stepped in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and prioritized our repair, ensuring we could get back on the road safely. We were truly impressed—he got us in and out in under an hour! Beyond the speed of service, Logan came across as genuine, professional and provided truly great customer service. It made a stressful situation manageable. We sincerely appreciate his expertise and honesty. Thank you, Logan, for helping us get back on the road with peace of mind.

They ask you when you would need your car by and try to get it done before then. And they let you know the price beforehand and call you if something comes up and explains in detail what they're fixing and what they recommend. Very professional I am definitely coming back. :)
