I had a great experience with my wheel alignment and brakes! Nobody tried to price gauge me and Carter did great work! Would definitely go back just for the service.
This place is absolutely awesome!! They know how to treat their customers. Steven Smith Carter Huffman are the BEST techs there!! Im glad Nacogdoches has a tire place we can trust.
We were traveling through and had a flat tire. They took our car in quite quickly and looked at the tire. They figured out that there were two problems. One was not fixable. Unfortunately they didn't have the size of tire we needed but refilled the tire for us. We stayed in the sitting area for a while searching for a company with the proper size. The service writer was very helpful. He didn't charge us for their work.
Took my brand new (used) ride in after I ran over a screw…they got my tire fixed and checked literally everything else it was nice. Wouldn’t have known I had a bad battery too. Salesmen were not pushy and they were extremely nice and professional. I’ll be going to them from now on
We stopped in need of a tire repair only minutes before closing. Tyler and Steven helped us out so much and were happy to do so even though it was closing time! Awesome customer service sl
