Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been using Firestone for years. This is the go to location in Naples area. Clean and easily accessed. Gloria was so patient and pleasant. She was the most efficient management i have ever worked with at Firestone in southwest florida. She gave me comprehensive feedback with no hesitation and took extra time to confirm with me what options i have for a necessary repair. Reassured me I would be safe on the road after inspection. She was so kind. Thank you again Gloria for an excellent experience.

The service was great. Nick was super helpful, explaining everything to me and helping me make a decision. And then patiently explaining it all over again for a second time because I couldn't remember some of what was said the first time! And Jeff was really helpful, teaching me that the lights I was seeing on my dashboard were just reports, not indicators that something was wrong!!! He taught me how to work the menus on my steering wheel! There are so many things I don't know about my car! The location I went to is really close to my home and everything was so convenient and quickly done. Now, if someone could only decorate the waiting area a bit better!

The young man managing this store created one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while. Focused, knowledgeable and efficient, I got great service, got my tire issue fixed quickly and learned about best options for the next time I need to buy new tires.

I caught a flat on 75 heading home on Saturday. Changed the spare tire and called Firestone. I spoke to Gloria and she could have said no we are all booked up, but instead come on and we will get you in. Then there was a issue with the spare tire and David could of just said there is nothing we can do, but instead kept trying and got the spare off. I really appreciate what they did for me and from now on they will be the only ones who changes my tires.
