Calling ahead to make an appointment does not guarantee a timely experience. I made my appointment for 9:30. At 11:30 I was informed of the results of a courtesy diagnostics tests that resulted in over $1000 worth of additional service and more time that I do not have. Customers are asked to give a 5 star Google review for immediate $20 off service. I once liked coming here, but I am disappointed by this false sense of care for the customer and dishonest approach to getting good reviews in Google. I would feel more honored and respected for my time if technicians informed me at time of arrival of my scheduled appointment that my car would not even be diagnosed or touched for 2 hours. Nobody really wants to have to buy new tires, especially cause they’re so expensive. That said, I had a really pleasant experience here. The guys who helped out were nice and I didn’t really feel like they were trying to upsell me on stuff. They are pretty matter-of-fact and just nice in general. This was a surprisingly nice experience for me.

Every time I bring my car to this place, I leave with new problems. On a prior visit, I returned to pick up my car and found that the window had been left completely down overnight. I was extremely lucky my car wasn’t broken into. Even worse, the window would not roll back up. When I went inside to ask for help, I was basically told it wasn’t their problem. There was no apology and no attempt to help. After doing my own research, I learned that disconnecting the battery can cause this issue and that it simply needs to be reset or reprogrammed. So it was their fault because they disconnected my battery. Ultimately, my husband fixed it himself outside. This most recent visit was for a brake job. After making an appointment and being refused service at the Firestone on Clearview which I had been going to for the past 4 years and then calling the Firestone on Veterans Blvd to also be denied service for an oil change and tire rotation, I teach out to the Firestone on Carrollton, who gladly stated they could fit me in if I was willing to wait the two to three hours since I couldn’t drop my car off. I explained that I would gladly wait because my oil gauge was on 0 and I was afraid to continue to drive it like that. They said no problem and told me that they had my car info from my phone number and for me to come right over. They were friendly and explained everything upfront and even did the tire rotation that I ask if they had time to

These guys were efficient and kind. They were patient and answered all my questions. Super easy process to get a new tire. I just showed them what I needed and they had it for me in a few hours. would definitely come back here again.
