TJ IS PHENOMENAL! Rates are competitive, customer service and satisfaction is top notch. Very responsive and consistent. From the first tow, I was able to form a customer relationship with him and now I use him exclusively! Bonus, he is familiar with multiple repair shops, so therefore explaining where and who to go wasn’t an issue. The first tow was because my car was inoperable, and since I had to get to work, I wasn’t able to meet him. He met me at my job and was able to drop my key off to me as a personal courtesy. I highly recommend TJ!
