I’ll say if you aren’t getting tires or an alignment stay away from any other services. The tech who worked on my car left bolts missing on brackets. Also the motor mount replacement they did failed after a few weeks. When I called to get it looked at for a possible warranty I was told to come in. When I came in Dennis the manager wasn’t there but the other service advisor told me there’s no way a part like that would fail that fast and the vibrations were probably more internal engine related. I’m not an idiot and that was a HUGE red flag. I decided not to leave the car there and called corporate. I took the car to Firestone in Cromwell and they found the failed upper mount. Failed LOOSE lower mount after they had replaced it a few months prior and another mount on the transmission failin

Exceptional service from this location. Upon entry, greeted by front service front attendees, one of which was the store manager Dennis. There were a lot of people there Upon my arrival for various reasons and it was standing room only. I notice how they interactEd with all of their customers, whether I. Person or on the phone. The bays were all full and the mechanics were all busy. I came in for a quote on four new tires for my 2021 Genesis GV80 Prestige (265/40's 22inch). I had already received quotes for the top of the line "Michelen" tires, four of which was running me about $2300 w/ 50k tread life not included labor and alignment. I sent my hiring manger down to Firestone for an oil change on my truck. They did such a great job, I had to write a review. Those guys got my truck in and out in no time. I was able to get it done within my lunch break. Highly recommend.
