Firestone Complete Auto Care

We were very pleased with the service at the Newton Firestone. Chris runs a very organized shop & office. This time we brought in my wife's Jeep Wrangler, which I backed into an icy snowbank and broke the tailpipe. I called for an appointment and got one for the same afternoon. I had a few items to have done from our from our last visit which I also had completed on this visit. We are always very satisfied with the people and the work at Firestone, Newton.

I consider the firestone staff at Newton to be fair and honest and they have helped me manage my families car issues in a professional manner. Chris, Nick and Dan standout as go to guys for maintenance and general repair questions and I will continue to do business at this location.

Amazing service at Firestone, the staff up front were professional and kind all while the prices were much better than other shops I've been to. I also didn't expect the service to be so quick! I will definitely be back.

Really nice people . Got me in immediately for a screw in my tire , super honest and didn’t even charge . Service like that isn’t easy to come by , will be definitely quote my next set of tires with them !

The manager Chris takes amazingly good care of me and my cars. He's knowledgeable and friendly and he always makes sure my vehicle comes back to me fixed and well taken care of. My VW needed brakes and he made sure I got what I needed done.
