Firestone Complete Auto Care

I love Firestone, especially the North Las Vegas location. All the guys here are amazing and knowledgeable. As a female, other mechanics have treated me differently and have tried to over charge me or overly pushed me to get things I didn't need done.This location has never done that. Gotta call out Grant for his great customer service too, it's top notch. The fact that they give a discount to military members is a great thing as well.

Do not take your car here! Would give negative stars if I could. Brought in mine and had it worked on. When I scheduled the appointment, I let them know it was due to the AC fan kicking on and off repeatedly while idling (happens every 7-10 seconds followed by it then dropping back to normal). They called my wife mid day and said we dropped it off for a check engine light. She was confused and then said it was due to AC and a heating issue she thinks but didn't know as it was my car. They didn't even keep notes on why our appointment was happening. Not organized at all. They then call me hours later, and let me know that there's nothing wrong. Had an appointment for 1pm for a single tire change. Figured I’d be in an out within the hour since I made an appointment but it took a total of 3 hours. Took them 2 hours before even touching the car, not even a single word to me either. What’s the point of an appointment if it wasn’t gonna be done at the time of the appointment?

Aaron was very helpful when I called at first around 9:30 in the morning. I told him what happened with my car and he offered exactly what I needed. I came in about 30 minutes later and was done within about an hour. They were very kind and efficient here, but shout out to Aaron for being very helpful!
