I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I purchased the lifetime alignment plan and scheduled a 2:00 p.m. appointment for an alignment and balancing. I arrived early at 1:40 p.m. and did not leave until 4:50 p.m., which means I was there for over three hours. I brought my vehicle in because it was pulling to the right. After waiting more than three hours, I left and immediately noticed the car was still pulling the exact same way. There was absolutely no improvement. The vehicle drove exactly as it did before the appointment. I went back and was told that the technician who worked on my vehicle had gone to lunch and that I would need to return the next day. That response was unacceptable. If the alignment had actually been performed correct

I scheduled an appointment online and. When I walked in for my appointment, it turned out it was 2 days later. The manager quickly said it's okay he will accommodate me for service of my truck today. The staff is very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

This is definitely one of my favorite Firestone locations. I have been going here for a few years and the service is always exceptional. In recent visits, I've gotten my tires, brakes, oil changes and new battery replaced her over the course of a few years and the service is always quick and prices are considerably lower than competitors. Clausel and Tony are the ones who usually assit me but the whole team definitely deserve 5stars. Being a single woman its hard to find a mechanic that i can trust but the team at this store consistently exceeds my expectations and have definitely earned my trust. Thats why I will always return to this branch.
