Firestone Complete Auto Care

We are a contracted towing company through AGER0 SWOOP. Unfortunately, we got scammed by this Firestone, customer, Emily Hurst and Agero damaged vehicle specialist Daniel Munoz. We were called by the customer, Emily Hurst to tow her vehicle from the parking lot at Firestone to the overhead door or service entrance at Firestone. We dropped the vehicle at Firestone and the technician ran the car into the hoist and knocked off the mirror. The manager and a technician were very apologetic to the driver and the driver took photographs and videos and called Emily hurst the owner of the vehicle and told her what happened. Firestone employees said they would take care of it our driver left. After a few days, we get a call from Agero Swoop telling us that they're going to charge us back.$1,066.22.

My wife and I have been coming to Firestone for over 35 years. We have yet to be disappointed in the service they provide. Good listeners, good advice, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend this location. Bryan has been our go to "guy" and always will be.

Eric and his team were delightful to work with. I was very intrigued by the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale going on for 15% tires. He was friendly over the phone and in person. Helped me understand the best bang for my buck and I will definitely be back (it was my first time!) I received four new tires and a lifetime alignment. This place is going to be my new go to place for all car, tire and maintenance needs! If you are considering buying new tires or are in need of anything car-related, I’d HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!! I needed 2 new tires and an oil change. They answered all my crazy questions about what tire is right for me and my driving patterns. He even explained in a way I could understand stand why the new tires should go on the back of my van. I know nothing about cars, oil, and tires but I know when I come here I will get the best service and I am in excellent hands! Thank y’all for putting up with me and my questions!!!

I take my car there to align, rotate, balance, and swap out wheel sets only. Are they always nice? Yes. Are they able to get you in quick? Yes. However, I just paid $134 for an alignment that either wasn't done correctly or not done at all since it's exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I also didn't get the print out from the alignment that shows everything is centered. I requested my winter wheels be balanced- that doesn't seem to of happened since it's not on the invoice. They never rotate the wheels, though I ask for them to be. They've put the same wheels in the same spot every single season. Which I know because they marked where each tire was on the outside sidewall of my Continentals. It's impossible to get the writing off, so I get to drive around with tacky looking tires,
