Overall the service was quick and the staff were friendly, which I appreciate. However, I’m a little skeptical after my recent visit. I came in for a diagnostic and was told I needed an engine mount repair and a strut assembly repair. When I asked them to show me the issues a week later , the explanation didn’t match what I was seeing. The dealership had re-inspected the vehicle twice before and did not identify those as urgent problems. I’m not giving a 1-star review because the staff were fair and the shop was professional in other ways. However, I was concerned about some of the diagnoses. For example, I was told my engine mount was moving and struts leaking, but when I was under the vehicle with them I didn’t see the issue they described. Another concern was that after my alignment,

This is by far one of the best auto repair shops I've been too! The customer service is awesome and the guys are very knowledgeable! They wont try to upsell you on things you dont need and thats something I value. Make an appointment and they will get you right in and out.

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for my oil changes and general maintenance for years. The team is always prompt, courteous, and take good care of my vehicle. I always feel like I will get an honest recommendation for what my car needs and how to prioritize maintenance when doing everything might not be financially feasible.
