Firestone Complete Auto Care

Well, I don't know how to explain it. I had an appointment at 1 pm, okay, I waited. I finished at 6 pm just for alignment and rotation, and when they gave me the car back, the steering wheel It's not Straight This is my second time at this store; I was previously at another store which was faster and better.

Got my Honda Civic in last minute for a flat replacement after it blew on the highway :) very quick, helpful and transparent on pricing/time estimates. Niclas was very polite both to myself and others he spoke with on the phone while we were waiting in the lobby :)

Had a great experience at Firestone getting my tires replaced. The service was quick, professional, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. The lifetime alignment service really came in handy—I didn’t have to pay anything extra, which was a huge plus. Everything was handled smoothly, and my car drives great now. Highly recommend this location!

They were friendly from the get-go and were able to squeeze me in the rotation within a timely manner. I didn't set up an appointment, but I was able to get in for an alignment and be done in about an hour.

Joe is awesome. Helps me with all my 101 vehicles (jk I do own or had alot of vehicles) either way they fix them all the same with great service and quality. I LOVE THE TRANSPARENCY they will let you know what the damage is and even explain to you the failure of any parts and how they work. Thank you guys again for teaching me and being helpful in any way possible.
