Firestone Complete Auto Care

Will over fill your oil when you get it changed and then gaslight you into thinking you are wrong and that it was a coincidence you started having car problems after the visit. Do not ever go to firestone. Terrible experience and customer service. Update, they used 5w30 instead of what is supposed to be used 5w20. Though this isnt an extreme problem it was the cause for my engine noise, they should have used what the car manufacturer calls for 5w20. The way it was handled was wrong.

Poor management. I made an initial appointment to get an alignment, decide to get tires too, so I called. Changed my alignment appointment to get both done on the same appointment. They removed my alignment and my ticket showed free alignment with new tires. They checked alignment and told me how they couldn't do anything. They had scheduled several customers around the same time that required the same lift / alignment rack. Then I waited 2 hours for 4 tires to be changed. I don't regularly work on vehicles but could have done it quicker than that.

was time for oil change and tire rotation. I only completed the tire rotation. At some time during previous oil changes the oil filter cap was overtightened causing oil cooler to leak. First time I had to pay $700 to a shop for replacement of that oil cooler assembly. When the manager could not assure me of a proper oil change using torque wrench to tighten oil cooler - I will do the work myself. I question the qualification of this shop and wonder if they put the lugnuts to correct torque. Tire rotation included from the purchase of tires here.

I can't say it's a fast experience depending on the day or what your getting done. I had brakes put on and calipers came to around 1400 dollars for 2007 Toyota camry. Observing while there I noticed they will try get your car in ASAP. They seem upfront and honest and tell you problem before starting on the car.
