Firestone Complete Auto Care

The store was very put together and clean, the front area is comfortable. Ben had great customer service and was very kind and honest about what needed to be done to my car. They were very quick with my car and I got it back exactly when Ben said it would be ready. Overall it was a very smooth experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future

Under new management! I woke up to a flat tire at 5:30am. No tire shop advertised they would open before 7am. I sat in the lot of a shop that had no crew show up on time so, I called the good people at Firestone on Parker Rd. The new manager was available. I was the in four minutes. He got me in and registered immediately. He informed me of the $20 minimum cost to fix the damage, if it was fixable. Now, I am spoiled to having my tires fixed for free. Here, I found the convenience, and excellent customer service so worth the low fee. My car was returned to me with a working tire and all other tires topped up. A quick turnaround at 25 minutes. Turned out there was no problem, but I feel comfortable coming back if it goes flat again. Let this be a lesson to keep an electronic pump nearby. I

Ben and the rest of the team were great at handling some repairs on an older vehicle we have that we're just trying to keep running for a bit longer. They kept me informed about the issues that they were finding, and how & when they could fix them, plus the cost to fix the repairs. I appreciated them doing their best to find me additional savings on those repairs, too.

Sofie and Remi are awesome and care about people! I took my car to another place for a free oil change and told those mechanics that my Engine filter may need to be replaced and I may need a brake flush due to maintenance code I had in my car. The place didn’t do anything I asked and to top it off they broke my passenger cabin box. I go to Firestone and I get treated with respect, they do the work right at a better price, they showed me everything that wasn’t done right at the previous place not 2 hours before. I trust Firestone on Parker Road! If you want honest service, great prices, and awesome people take your car here! Thank you Remi and Sofie!!!!

Update: Finally spoke with a manager not at the store and have very positive feelings a refund will be issued after yet another day of store trying to deflect blame. Firestone does seem to care. Will update or remove accordingly stay tuned. (original shaved for update space) TRULY IMPORTANT. MIGHT SAVE A LIFE! I don't do reviews, but after discovering my child (and other innocent nearby parties) is only alive by the grace of God due to their incompetence and negligent work; and now being put through a unreasonable run around x 2 days and continuing; I can't stay silent.
