I had an awesome experience at Firestone! The team really took care of us and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. They were honest, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go. It’s not always easy finding a place you can trust with your vehicle, but these guys definitely delivered. Great service, great people, and we really appreciate them hooking us up. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this Firestone! I was in town for just one day when I ran into a pretty major car issue. I walked in around 2pm, stressed and unsure if they’d even be able to look at it or have the parts to fix whatever was going on. They quickly diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be a significant issue) and had it repaired so I could safely make the 5-hour drive back home. If you’re local or just passing through and need honest, reliable service, I highly recommend this Firestone location. They absolutely saved the day for me!

We got a flat tire the day we arrived in town and thankfully this Firestone was able to come to our rescue. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to repair but they were able to overnight a new tire that matches our specs to their store. They got us in first thing in the morning and by the afternoon it was ready. So we were able to enjoy most of the day still. Thank you Firestone team!

I was quoted $210 for a front end. Alignment and I set up an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, they changed the price to $373 and offered me six months financing. They claim that the pricing is according to your Vin number. However, if they would’ve asked for this over the phone, we would’ve avoided the whole situation. I was in told that they don’t take the vin numbers over the phone. It seems as if this is a bait and switch. The only good news is I saved a bunch of money by going to a completely different shop who honored the price they quoted me over the phone. It was only $99 elsewhere and they don’t charge for lane assist or any other options that you might have. I highly suggest using some other company that is more trustworthy than Firestone.

The service I received was genuinely warm and welcoming. It truly set a positive tone. The team members were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable they took time to explain details, made sure I understood. Damian made me feel completely at ease in the decision that needed to be made. Overall, it was a positive example of care and communication.
