I stopped by to get my wheel lug loosen because it was like almost welded and the girl at the counter came out with 1 of the mechanics. She tried all her strength then the mechanic was able to loosen it and no charge! This place has great customer service and take care of you. Thank you so much! I will continue bringing all my cars here.

I had a nail in my tire. The staff put on my spare for me so I could go to work. They are repairing my tire while I am at work and will call me when it’s done. Tiago really made my night by helping me out. Such a caring staff that helped me in my time of need! Thanks SO much!

I was headed to meet my sister to pickup my niece and my tire light came on. I put air in it and it kept going down. I found the nearest Firestone and was greeted by Scott he was able to patch me up. Might I add they were 5mins to closing . He told me it wasn’t about that it was about helping people ! I appreciate him and his team dearly!!
