Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've been a long standing customer of Firestone since the mid 1990's. I used to say that I was solely responsible for paying the quarterly rent on the building and the technicians salaries,I was there so much but that was some time ago. Things have since changed and I have since sold the account draining vehicles. I'm always treated respectfully when I need to schedule an appointment and when I am on site. Wait times vary depending upon the influx of vehicles, but typically times to wait are reasonable. The technicians are top notch. They're the only techs that I allow to touch or work on my vehicles. It appears as though management has been greatly improved and upgraded in this location, which has been an even greatly customer experience. All in all, I feel as though the parts and labor p

Always efficient! Brian is my “go to” mechanic for many many years, and is excellent at what he does. On my most recent visit, Brian was bot at work for a personal day off. He referred me to Mike, who handled my vehicle in a very professional and timely manner. Always a positive experience at Port Jefferson Firestone!

First time here for a nail in the tire. Repaired quickly while I waited on a Saturday without a prior appointment. The place was a bit busy with lots of customers but the people and staff were friendly and appeared to really enjoy working there. Total cost to fix a flat including taking off and replacing the wheel on my car with special locking nuts was $32.63, very reasonable rates. They fixed the tire without any fuss and didn't try to sell me a new tire. Very happy with the service although I just realized last time I had fine to the nearby Pep Boys and received excellent service. Regardless, both of these stores are very good in my experience for tire issues.

This team is incredible and highly skilled! It is wonderful to find a team of mechanics that look out for their clients, offer deals when they can, and provide knowledgeable and professional recommendations. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to them and I am leaving this review to hopefully pass on the good fortune. Thank you Port Jefferson Firestone team!

The guys at this store were so helpful to me when I had an early morning tire blowout. They got me in right away without any appt and went out of their way to get me a tire that wasnt readily available. I cant say enough good about them. Thanks so much to the Firestone staff.
