This was a good exerience all the way around. Aaron was very good at explaining what the service would entail and in keeping me informed. They were able to ensure me that a noise I had heard on my way there was gone.
I came in today to get my headlight fixed, Aaron and Greg were so helpful, professional and so nice! They provided quick service too! I’ve been to other places but these guys know how to treat their customers :) thanks guys your the best!!
I called in the morning to see if it would be possible to have a flat tire fixed. I spoke to Michael who was very pleasant and told me that they would be able to do it in a few hours. I went in at the time and they took my car in in a matter of minutes. Tire was fixed, price was great, and the other mechanic (sorry I don't remember his name) gave me a full rundown of what they did for the car inspection. I will be back for other services and I highly recommend this Firestone Shop on US 19 Port Richey!
10/10 service! I couldn’t be happier! I needed a full set, alignment, and an oil change and Greg got me a great deal and timely service. I always worry about using new places but I will be back! I got my vehicle back before the quoted time too! Thank you again Greg I really appreciate you!
Went to Firestone New Port Richey for new tires on my car. Greg helped us with the tires we wanted and got them installed quickly and efficiently. If you go ask for Greg he is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with
