Rudy, Ceasar and BO (The gracious man who fixed my car) are the epitome of Professionalism and utter competence. Thier level of the ability to balance kindness, conversation and professional responsibility is UNMATCHED. I absolutely recommend this place if you want affordable cost and a negative probability that you will encounter a negative customer service experience. In a nut shell… these guys (CEASAR, RUDY AND BO ARE LITERALLY AMAZING GREAT PEOPLE!

Manny Garcia at the Firestone in Redondo Beach is why I will keep coming back for my tire and automotive needs. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile and when he called me later to explain what the mechanics had found that needed to be addressed...he explained what everything meant that needed to be done to my vehicle and told me the price of everything as well as telling me what was most important to be done right away and what could've waited. He even told me that my car would be ready that day and was ready earlier than expected. I'm a girl and I don't know much about cars and I never know who to trust...but I could see that Manny has a lot of integrity and he wanted to help ME as a customer and fellow human being...Instead of how sometimes people can be treated as just a number

My car was serviced by Manny, I came in last minute right before closing, no appointment and he still took me in helped replace my tire, he was very helpful, service was great! First time here and I will definitely be coming to this location and asking for him from now on. He made everything super easy.

Manny at Firestone was exceptional. He took the time to walk me through the entire repair process in a way I could actually understand. I’m very uninformed about cars and, like many people, I often feel at the mercy of mechanics, so finding someone I can truly trust is incredibly important to me. Manny was honest, patient, and transparent every step of the way. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. He is truly trustworthy, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Oh my goodness!!! I had a problem with one of my vehicle tires, never been to Firestone Complete Auto Care before so I was a bit hesitant but I really needed the tire fixed so I gave them my business and what a great choice that was!!!! Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help!!! I'm so glad I stopped by! I work here in Torrance, near the shop, and believe me when I say, Firestone Complete Auto Shop is my go to from here on!
