They are good to inspect and diagnose any issues with vehicle and offer honest upfront pricing and suggestions. You can trust them with your vehicle. When my truck was completed after getting an alignment, the service rep tells me that the tech working on my vehicle said “my truck looks like it’s falling apart”. When I asked about why he said that or what did he notice for him to make that comment, the rep said he didn’t explain. To my response, why even tell me that then if you can’t elaborate on what you saw or found? So if I were to inquire about something on your courtesy check that Firestone provides free, that would be a legitimate reasonable answer?? That’s the level of trust I should have with the techs working on customer vehicles? “I don’t know or they didn’t explain”. This was my first time at this location for Firestone and honestly won’t be back if that’s how the techs respond, can’t imagine how they “work” on cars.

Lincoln and the team was great helping me out. Had a flat tire that needed to be replaced, which turned into all 4 tires since I had an AWD, along with a needed wheel alignment. Had me out of there at a reasonable time. Thank you Lincoln and the Firestone team!
