I needed brakes, tires and an oil change so I called Firestone to get an estimate. I spoke with Bryan over the phone. He was so helpful and professional! He even took the time to include the total amount with the promo and was very patient with me when I asked questions about the services that I needed. When I brought my car in, Jai greeted me with a warm and friendly smile! She assisted me and said that she would keep me posted on the progress. She kept her word! Jai was so kind and had an awesome personality! I am super satisfied with the services I received on my car from Firestone, and will definitely reach out to them again when I need auto service for my car. It was a cool service! I got released an hour early! Did took a while for one tire. That’s my I’m giving 4 stars. Would have been five if they would’ve have explained the wait! I’ll bring a water next time

She was professional, calm, and clearly understood the urgency of my emergency. Thanks to her, my service was expedited and I was back on the road much faster than I expected.
