Firestone Complete Auto Care

I'm a South Dakota transplant and I needed tires for my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro. I felt a little leary of some of these shops, since I didn't get consistent tire information and pricing from Les Schwab down the street (no disrespect), so I held off on the tires they were trying to sell me and stopped by Firestone on Lancaster in Salem, OR. Enter Rolando, Service Manager, who took the time to explain my options for tires...this gentleman was super knowledgeable and helpful. I went with a set of highly recommended Turanza Prestige tires. I commute between Salem, OR and Sheridan, OR for work; I realized after my first trip to work that these tires were not what I needed in the rain, were kind of noisy, and didn't make my car handle well. My experience at Firestone was great. A representative was available upon entering the store and throughout the service. The tire I selected wasn't in stock but was replaced with a superior tire at no extra cost. The service was quick with no delays and a pretty serious issue was detected and discussed 2me.

My 2004 Honda Accord needed repair. I spoke with Kayla Hurst at the Salem location and she assured me that a mechanic on site worked on Honda’s of this age. We discussed items I knew needed attention and she promised a quote later that day. The quote was provided. I was impressed with her knowledge, service and the work done by Michael. I'm from Washington state and was visiting Salem with my daughter. I needed a tire repair and found this location. The staff was incredible. Friendly, informative, and supportive and made me feel very safe. I will recommend to my friends in the area. I appreciate the help.
