Got a 2nd quote here on some repairs and Robert was great super informational and friendly! I got my car in and out on a Saturday morning and didnt feel ripped off after as I have felt in past from other shops. 5 star service no complaints here.

My daughter just had an oil change and we noticed a huge oil spot underneath her car. Thanks to Firestone in Sanford, they squeezed her in on a Sunday last minute so she could get back to college. They truly saved the day and very reasonably priced!

I set an appointment for 10 AM. I was told that the service would take 3 hours. I had to make several arrangements for someone to pick me up and drop me back off after the service because the disabled person I care for would not be able to wait on site. At 1 PM I called and they told me another 3 hours. They could have made a courtesy call to let me know because my friend who was helping me also had to arrange her day according to the time given. It was a mess and I am extremely disappointed and angry. Apologies are great but the whole situation was unnecessary if there was more respect for the clients

Great service and honest people. The manager at this location is a genuinely good person and works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of to the fullest extent. I've been taking my Corolla here for over 13 years and now that we have an additional vehicle, we'll be bringing that in as well.
