This is the place to go in Santa Fe for all of your tire issues. The staff, especially Cruz and Lenox, are very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my tire issue and were very fair regarding my repair/replacement options. I highly recommend them.

I’ll start by saying the person at the desk was super nice. I had an appointment for an oil change (wait on-site) at noon and arrived around 11:50. At 2:30, they still hadn’t taken my car back. I had to leave. It’s frustrating to have wasted much of a Sunday afternoon waiting in a lobby. I’m sure everyone was just doing their best, but I wish they had been upfront about the wait time or not have taken my appointment at all.

I had some issues with my TPMS system so I pulled in without an appointment. Bryan came out with his diagnostic scanner and quickly determined that my spare’s sensor needed replacing 15 minutes later I was back on the road with everything recalibrated and working. A job quickly and well done. Bryan was friendly, helpful and competent. A job well done.

Cruze and the guys in the garage are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly! They never try up-selling me, and any work done is explained clearly, simply, as is evidence for its need. They also recap for me after doing the work and give any final impressions. Best auto experience I've had in years! I recommend without hesitation to everyone!!

I have been to FireStone in other states and this one is different from the others. I blew two of my tires going to work. Before calling the tow truck, I confirmed whether this location was open. Friendly staff picked up and stated they were available to replace my tires. Once we arrived, Cruze who picked up initially on the phone was warm and welcoming in person. Gave me the best options for tires. It was placed onto my car quickly, and efficiently. Came in for 2 tires and left with 4 new tires and a quick oil change because of the awesome customer service. If I can give 7/5 stars, I would.
