For 25 yrs. we've been servicing our cars t the Lincoln Blvd Firestone in Santa Monica and have had consistently excellent and reliable service and advice. The technicians have been excellent. And, Firestone products such as tires and other products have held up very well.

We had the most stellar Service for our BMW X 3 with Firestone thanks to Omar Williams at the Santa Monica location. Very professional and customer service oriented. We really appreciate the service and excellent attention to detail with our service requests and repairs. We will definitely return for future vehicle repairs as they have earned our trust. Timothy was extremely attention, careful and honest. Since the moment I called to schedule to in person. i never feel safe going as a woman alone to a car service because I always feel I’m being lied to and he made me feel super comfortable , was transparent and honest all the time.
