Firestone Complete Auto Care

I simply will never use Firestone again. The tire that I bought from them had road hazard protection but they didn’t honor it. Update: I was contacted by the Manager and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I appreciate her concern and her efforts to make things right. Great customer service!

I recently visited Firestone in Selma Al and was blown away by the level of customer service. Ms. Latoya Johnson & her staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The service exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. I’d highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Very professional level or growth, Ms. Johnson, thank you.

The new staff at Firestone is very helpful, I was pleasantly surprised and I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I came in on a Saturday and my car went back within 15 minutes. Latoya and her staff were very helpful. They talked to me about the importance of insuring my tires are properly rotated and the care of my vehicle. The technician that worked on my vehicle was prompt and knowledgeable. I'm glad I gave them a chance to get my vehicle back on the road☺️

I'm giving 5 stars because Marshannon and Latoya were GREEEEAT! They helped me out tremendously in the time I really needed the help for my Expedition with options to pay in a situation such as mine. We were returning to New Orleans in a rental car when we discovered a nail in the tire, right in the middle of nowhere, with barely any cell service. We arrived at the store in a panic. Lotoya, the store manager, was professional, and incredibly helpful. She got us back on the road quickly, making sure we would make it home before dark. Her store was spotless, the coffee was great, and her kindness turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience.
