HIGHLY recommend this shop, I actually bring my car up from Buffalo to have work done here. Service is ALWAYS quick, they’re thorough and reliable with work that needs done, and the prices are very reasonable. They’ve helped me catch some pretty important problems when doing routine maintenance. After having a particularly stressful series of issues with my vehicle, Marie and Sam were amazing at helping me figure out possible solutions and very professional when I encountered some hiccups. Whether you need tires and suspension adjustments, or have a belt that’s giving you a terrible time, I’d bring your vehicle here.

Sam and his crew are amazing! Top notch service when we were in a huge pinch. He took the time to understand our auto issues and was great to talk to. We had a flat tire on top of a mountain pass when we were just passing through the area. A minor inconvenience for most but not so when you have a 3500 lb. camper in the bed of your pickup truck. Sam was kind enough to fit us in, the very next day. We had to raise the camper in the parking lot and the tire had to be changed in the parking lot. Sam and Craig were kind, professional and so helpful. Never once did they mention how much more difficult our tire change was, compared to most. We were back on our way the same day. I strongly recommend this Firestone dealership. We were treated very well and the service was extremely efficient. Hats off to Sam and Craig. Thank you!

Had an awesome experience at Firestone! Sam was super helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and that my car was taken care of. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and really seemed to know their stuff.
