This firestone is the best! Employees are kind and knowledgable. I felt comfortable as a woman, which in my experience is a rare occurrence when at an auto care shop. The employees were not pushy at all. They did what I asked. It was simple and streamlined. The space is clean and quiet to wait in. I will be returning whenever my car needs upkeep next!

I had a really great experience with Firestone Skokie. This is my second time going to this location I have worked with Elijah the first time and Israel this second time. Elijah and Israel were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure. They got everything done faster than expected, which I seriously appreciated with my busy schedule. My car feels smooth and safe to drive now, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s such a relief finding a place you can trust—highly recommend

I'm at my wits ends with Firestone. To anyone reading this: STAY AWAY. It's a long read. Get your tea. Firestone management bullshits you on times they called you, conversations had, and will do anything to actually avoid a conversation to resolve anything. On December 26, came in for a complete vehicle inspection on my Jeep. One of the recommendations sold to me was to replace my rear parking break since it wasn't responsive. I am told that because it's unresponsive, it'll need to be replaced. They do the replacement, and days later tell me that replacing it didn't fix it, and they'll need to have their diagnostics guy come in to see what's going on. So... I was sold a job without it actually being diagnosed? Why would that be performed after repair work is done? I ask this question

Israel, Priscilla and the techs that worked on my Edge were wonderful! Thoroughly checked the brakes during the tire rotation and oil change. The people that work at this Firestone are courteous, professional and took the time to put me at ease. I recommend this Firestone shop for all your vehicle needs, including tires and maintenance.
