It truly saddens me to see the negative reviews on this store. My experience was spectacular! Ashley and Cannon catered to my needs and went completely out of their way with great customer service. Ashley even found ways to lower the prices and save me money. Thx again Ashley for your great customer service. You have a customer for life!

Complete lack of integrity. Does not back up their “warranty”. Lied to me three times about what they did or did not remove during a belt replacement. They deleted this review after I posted it last week instead of addressing it, another clear indicator that they will take no responsibility.

Most of my service at Firestone has had an issue of one sort or another including the service I just had. I had a 7am alignment appointment, which we dropped off the night before. They called and left a VM at 7:50am to let me my vehicle needed two tires. When I called back at 8:30am they were still not finished with the alignment. I declined the tires and asked them to call me when they were finished. Never got a call. Called back at 10am and they said it was done. When I picked it up, they had lost the alignment report so I made them put it back on the rack so I could get it. Had to wait longer. Then after that when I was driving the vehicle, I noticed it sounded different. I popped the hood and found the air cleaner top was not latched and one of the hinges was broken. I could

I’m not from around here, but these guys at Firestone really took care of me. Between all the firestones in the area, they called around and found the mechanic that could do the job right and sent me there. And saved me a tremendous amount of money by avoiding Beaman Toyota for the same issue. Well done to Ashton and the team here.

I come here to get the air in my tires filled and every time the workers are so polite and kind. Thank you Ramie! Next time I need a repair done I'm definitely coming here, it makes such a difference when the workers actually treat you like a person.
