I’ve brought my VW here a few times and what I love is how quick they get me in (same day!!) they communicate with me about the problem and quote me and most of the time they get my car fixed that same day! No waiting months or weeks for an appointment compared to where I have tried to go else where! 10/10

The staff at this location had the absolute best customer service than any other tire/brake repair shop I have ever been to. I was immediately greeted. Lea was the wonderful employee that helped me. She was so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to get my service ticket taken care of. You have an absolute keeper with Lea as your employee! The other gentleman working with Lea was also helpful.

Best customer service I've ever had at a tire shop. Usually I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of at car repair/maintenance places. Instead today I dealt with Lea, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. I never felt like I was being pushed something that I didn't need. Price for my 4 bridgestone tires (with installation) was also better than I found anywhere else. The tech who came out from the garage (I think his name was joshua?) to get coffee was also very nice and friendly, making it obvious that it's a good environment to work in. Truly an example of how customer service should be everywhere!

A professional establishment with great prices. I purchased a lifetime alignment service. Once I went to a new vehicle, I used the complimentary maintenance offered by the dealership. Now that it no longer applies, I look forward to having services here.

I had an oil change scheduled today and I also needed to have a tire re seated to a wheel for my snowblower. Lia was able to get that done for me too. Very happy with the service here. I take all my vehicles here for oil changes.
