I always come here to get my car repairs done! Zane and the crew are very nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with! They always explain everything perfectly and answer my questions. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their repairs! Thanks again South Lebanon crew!

I'm told that I was massively over charged for the service rendered. I have shared the details with pictures. Please get a second opinion from a different company. I am retired ,female, live alone , fixed low income. I didn't understand the service needed or the quote. My interpretation was that they had to replace my engine and fix it because of blown seals. I thought they were going to rebuild or replace the engine. I also recommend bringing an educated person with you to explain it better. I was told if I applied for the Firestone credit card I would be zero interest for six months,I was not told that after that, there will be close to 30% interest rates after the six months.I am so glad I asked. I'm pretty stressed out and wish I didn't use Firestone. I encourage you to take a look at

I had an amazing experience at Firestone South Lebanon! I came in to get two tires replaced and Zane got me in right away. He was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. While working on my car, he noticed I was due for an oil change and offered to take care of it on the spot, saving me another trip. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and my car feels great now. Big thanks to Zane and the team for their excellent service, highly recommend this location!

Zane and Brandon helped me a lot and were very efficient and fast. They answered all my questions and made sure to take customer service to the next level! I highly recommend.

The guys here are very nice and treat you well. Zane was willing to stay late and show me what was wrong with my truck after normal business hours.
